K.Mohammed Wajid, 3. B.Abdul Gaffar and 4. A.G.Mohamed Mahaboob Ali under 2 sale deeds bearing Document Nos.999/2001 and 500/2001 dated 11.06.2001 and 23.03.2001 respectively.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking police protection to fence the petitioner's property situated in S.No.1281, Elavoor Village, Gummidipoondi Taluk, Tiruvallur District, to the extent of 11.87 acres. 2.

It is seen that there is a land dispute between the petitioner and the villagers in respect of the subject property. Further, the dispute is now pending before the Commissioner of Land Administration. That apart, the police protection cannot be granted to fence the property and the petitioner ought to have approached the Civil Court for appropriate relief.

Accordingly, the prayer sought for in this petition cannot be granted and the Writ Petition stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
