No.563 of 2019:- Original Application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to pass an order of restraining the respondent or any person working under him from entering/using the office permises of Tamilnadu State Volleyball Association situated at No.46/101 Gengu Reddy Street, Tamilnadu State Volleyball Association (TNSVA) Egmore, Chennai 600 008, pending disposal of the Arbitration proceedings.
These Applications coming on this day before this court for hearing the court made the following order: Learned counsel appearing for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw these applications and he has also made endorsements to that effect in the above applications.
2. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the applicant and endorsements so made, these applications are dismissed as withdrawn.
