O R D E R

The relief sought for in this writ petition is for a direction to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representations dated 12.11.2007, 2.11.2007 and 09.06.2014, and in relation to his appointment under the priority of disbursed land owner category.

2.Mr.V.Raghavachari, learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner made a submission that the land belonged to the writ petitioner was acquired for the public purposes and accordingly, a certificate was issued to the writ petitioner on 03.03.2005 by the Special Thasildar, Gingee. Though, a certificate was issued in pursuant to the order passed by the Government in G.O.Ms.No.188 (Personnel and Administrative Reforms Department), dated 20.12.1976, the benefit of the Government Order has not been extended by providing an appointment in any one of the Government Department to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

writ petitioner in this regard. The writ petitioner made representations to the competent authorities on 12.11.2007, 02.11.2007 and on 09.06.2014.

3.Thus, without going into the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to consider the applications submitted by the writ petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petitioner is directed to enclose the copies of the representations along with the order passed in this writ petition.

4.Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. However, there is no order as to costs.
