This Petition has been brought before this Court by way of "For Being Mentioned".

2.Learned counsel for the first Respondent/private complainant submitted that pending Bail, a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees one lakh) was deposited by the private complainant before the Court below. 3.Taking into consideration the fact that pending bail, a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- was deposited by the private complainant before the trial Court, the private complainant/first Respondent is permitted to withdraw the said amount.

4.Registry is directed to incorporate para No.3 of this order as para No.6 of the order passed in Crl.RC.No.485 of 2019 dated 24.04.2023 and issue fresh order copy to the parties, concerned.
