This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in Crime No.49 of 2022 on the file of the respondent G7 Chetpet Police Station, 1/3

Chennai and quash the First Information Report.

2. When the case was taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that investigation with regard to the impugned First Information Report has been completed and a final report is also filed.

3. In view of the above, the question of quashing the FIR does not arise. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
