The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the Petitioner / Appellant/Accused seeking to condone the delay of 183 days in filing the Criminal Appeal against the judgment dated 30.05.2025 passed in Special Sessions Case No.47 of 2023 by the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Thiruvannamalai.
