Mr.S.V.Doraisolaimalai, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondent. By consent, the main Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.
2.The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to take appropriate action on the petitioner's application dated 22.11.2016 for sub-division and patta transfer in respect of her land in Survey No.82/2E, Varagurampatti Village, Thiruchengodu Taluk, Namakkal District.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that inspite of the petitioner's application dated 22.11.2016, the respondent has not sub-divided the land and issued patta.
4.Mr.S.V.Doraisolaimalai, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that on payment of necessary charges, the respondent may be directed to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
consider the petitioner's application dated 22.11.2016 and pass orders in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties.
5.In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioner, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's application dated 22.11.2016, on payment of necessary charges for sub-division and for issuance of patta and pass orders in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6.With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
