Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 27.05.2014 of the petitioner and pass orders thereon on merits and in accordance with law within a time that may be stipulated by this Honourable Court.

Heard, Mr.S.Vijayan, the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs.K.Bhuvaneswari, Government Advocate the learned counsel for the respondents.

2. The relief sought for in this writ petition is for direction to the respondents to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 27.05.2017 in respect of the fixation of scale of pay.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner made a submission that there are certain discrepancies in respect of the fixation of pay as applicable to the writ petitioner. In this regard, the writ petitioner made a representation to the respondents on 27.05.2014.

4. Thus, without going into the merits of the case, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 27.05.2014 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to enclose a copy of the representation along with copy of the order passed in this writ petition.
