CMP Nos.12558, 12559 & 12561 of 2021 in S.A.No.1092 of 2009 S.SRIMATHY., J The above applications have been filed to condone the delay of 890 days in setting aside the abatement of the appeal caused due to the death of 4th respondent and to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 4th respondent and to bring on record the respondents 7 to 10 herein as the legal heirs of the deceased 4th respondent Rajeswari as respondents 7 to 10 in the above appeal.
