Crl.M.P.No.6853 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.1300 of 2023 K.GOVINDARAJAN THILAKAVADI.J, This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the respondent police on everyday Tuesday and Saturday at 10.30 a.m.

for a period of three months in Crl.OP.No.1300 of 2023 by an order dated 24.01.2023.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission and the investigation has been completed, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
