This petition has been filed to modify the satisfaction Court from the learned XVI Metropolitan Magistrate to the learned Principal Special Court under EC and NDPS Act, Chennai in the order dated 27.04.2023 made in Crl.OP.No.8447 of 2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the satisfaction Court is hereby modified as "Principal Special Court under EC and NDPS Act, Chennai". Registry is directed to carry out necessary corrections in the order dated 27.04.2023 and issue fresh order copy.
