CRL MP No. 7247 of 2026 in CRL OP No. 7304 of 2026 C.KUMARAPPAN ,J.

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to amend the penal Sections in the anticipatory bail application (CRL.OP.No.7304 of 2026) to include Sections 120B, 420, 465, 468, and 471 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC), 1860, in place of the existing Sections 120B and 420 IPC.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing on behalf of the respondent raised no serious objections to this plea.

3. This Court, being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this miscellaneous petition, is inclined to allow the petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered as prayed for. In the meantime, interim protection granted by this Court is extended, till the next date of hearing.
