ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 506(ii) and 307 of IPC in Crime No.1917 of 2020, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that Mr.V.Ganesan, Inspector of Police, North Police Station, Tiruppur has filed an affidavit dated 23.09.2020 stating that after investigation it is found that the petitioner is not an accused in this case. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
