O R D E R

The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to submit final report in accordance with law in the F.I.R. in Crime No.484 of 2012 dated 31.12.2012, fixing time limit.

2. The petitioner herein has lodged a complaint as against one Gowtham and others for the alleged offences under sections 468 and 420 IPC for the occurrence took place on 31.12.2012. Even after lapse of three years, there is no progress in the investigation of the said case. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with the present petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. I have heard the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) as well as the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the third respondent to expedite the investigation in the case in Crime No.484 of 2012 pending on his file and file a final report as early as possible. 5.

The Criminal Original Petition is ordered accordingly.
