ORDER

This petition is filed for a direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioners in any manner against law. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners' son is wanted by the respondent police in a criminal case and hence, the respondent is calling the petitioners frequently under the guise of investigation and is harassing the petitioners and thus prayed for appropriate orders.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the presence of these petitioners is not required for enquiry and absolutely, there is no harassment and it is incorrect to state that the respondent police is giving harassment to the petitioner.

4.Considering the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court is of the view that there is no need to give any direction in this petition. Hence, recording the submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this criminal original petition is closed.
