O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for direction to the 1st and 2nd respondents to issue a free house site Patta in favour of the petitioner for the petitioner's house site situated in survey No. 643/6 measuring to an extent of 00032 square Meter, No.1/30 Pudhu Colony West, Sengurichi Post, Ulundurpet Talk, Kallakuruchi District 606 115 by disposing the appeal filed by the petitioner 03.02.2025 within a stipulated time as this Court may fixes.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the appeal dated 03.02.2025 filed by the petitioner and, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the third respondent and giving them opportunity of personal hearing, to dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of 2/4

receipt of this order.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
