O R D E R

This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed in Crl.M.P.No.1556 of 2015 vide order dated 27.11.2015 by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge at Erode filed in Cr.No.303 of 2015 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Puliampatty Police Station, Erode District.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner on 27.11.2015, the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Erode, has imposed a condition that the petitioner should report before the learned Judicial Magistrate Court at Sathyamangalam daily once at 10.30 am until further orders and the petitioner is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

scrupulously complying with the said condition.

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that till date, the petitioner is regularly complying with the condition imposed on him by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Erode, by order dated 27.11.2015

5. Considering the submissions made, this Court is of the opinion that the conditions imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.1556 of 2015 vide order dated 27.11.2015 by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge at Erode, has to be totally relaxed. Accordingly, the the conditions imposed on the petitioner by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge at Erode, in the order dated 27.11.2015 made in Crl.M.P.No.1556 of 2015, is relaxed.
