This petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court vide order dated 05.03.2026 passed in Crl.R.C.No.427 of 2023 for depositing/remitting the balance cheque amount of Rs.4,20,000/-.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit, this Court is inclined to grant extension of time to the petitioner for complying with the earlier order of this Court. Accordingly, the petitioner is granted time till 22.06.2026 to deposit the balance cheque amount of Rs.4,20,000/-.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed. Post the matter on 22.06.2026 "for reporting compliance". 21-04-2026 LPP To 1.The II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Kallakurichi, Villupuram.
