This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to transfer the son of the petitioner Mr.Thulasi @ Govindharajan S/o.Arumugam from 3rd respondent to 4th respondent Central Prison in pursuant to the petitioner's representation dated 27.02.2024.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the request of the petitioner has already been rejected by the respondents on 03.06.2024.

3.In view of the above, no effective orders can be passed for the prayer sought for in the present Writ Petition and accordingly, the same stands closed, with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the rejection order dated 03.06.2024, in the manner known to law.
