ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed todirect the 2nd respondent herein to register FIR on petitioner's complaint dated 31/12/2020 as per the order dated 28/04/2021 passed in Crl.M.P.No.5112 of 2021 on the file of the learned XVII Metropolitan Magistrate , Saidapet, Chennai.

2. The Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that in this case, F.I.R has been registered in Crime No.633 of 2021 for the offences under sections 448, 341, 294(b), 427, 323 and 506(i) of IPC. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. In view of the same, nothing survives in this Criminal Original Petition. Hence the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
