ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner and his family members expect by due process of law. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3.It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, CSR.No.438 of 2021 was https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

registered on 23.07.2021 and the same was closed, on the ground that the dispute is civil in nature and a civil suit in O.S.No.115 of 2021 is pending on the file of the Additional District Munsif-I, Kallakurichi. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication and the petitioner and his family members are not required for any enquiry.
