ORDER

When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the matter has been settled between the applicants and the 1st respondent; in this regard a memo has been filed and hence, the applicants should be permitted to withdraw this petition as 'settled out of Court'.

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and also considering the settlement arrived between the parties, the petitioners are permitted to withdraw this petition as 'settled out of court'.

4. Since the matter is settled out of Court, the Registry is directed to refund the entire court fee in accordance with law. This Arbitration Original Petition is dismissed as Withdrawn.
