ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 21.07.2019 for the alleged offence under Sections 8(C) r/w. 20(b)(ii)(C), 25 and 29(i) of the NDPS Act, 1985 in Cr.No.80 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner is alleged to have been found in possession of 40 Kgs. of Ganja. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.

4.Heard the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate. 5.Since the quantity of the contraband seized is a commercial quantity, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
