(The case has been heard through video conference) This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the bail condition imposed by this Court that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30. am until further orders passed in Crl.O.P.No.11264 of 2020 in Crime No.551 of 2019 dated 27.07.2020.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.11264 of 2020 dated 27.07.2020. However, the petitioner shall report before the respondent on every Monday and Saturday at 10.30.a.m until further orders.
