This petition is filed to condone the delay of 75 days in filing the above Criminal Revision.
2. Though notice served on the 1st respondent and his name being printed in the cause list, there is no representation for him either in person or through counsel, when the matter is called.
3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Addl. Public Prosecutor appearing for the 2nd respondent.
4. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and on being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 75 days in filing the Revision is condoned and the petition is ordered.
