Respondent PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to set aside the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.753 of 2021 dated 13.05.2021 and modify the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the respondent police on 1st working day of every month at 10.00 a.m. in Crl.M.P.No.37 of 2021 dated 09.02.2021 on the file of learned Principal Sessions Judge, Namakkal in Crime No.1337 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police.

ORDER
The petition has been filed to set aside the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.753 of 2021 dated 13.05.2021 and to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the respondent police on 1st working day of every month at 10.00 a.m. in Crl.M.P.No.37 of 2021 dated 09.02.2021, on the file of learned Principal Sessions Judge, Namakkal.
2. The petitioner was implicated for the offences under Section 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) IPC in Cr.No.1337 of 2020. Thereafter the petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent Police, had filed anticipatory bail petition before the Principal Sessions Court in Crl.M.P.No.870 of 2020. The petitioner was granted anticipatory bail with a condition to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am. Thereafter, the said condition was relaxed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Namakkal vide Crl.M.P.No.1030 of 2020, to appear before the respondent Police weekly once i.e., every Monday at 10.30 am. Further thereafter, vide Crl.M.P.No.37 of 2021 dated 09.02.2021, the said condition was further relaxed to appear on every 1st working day of the month at 10.00 a.m. Subsequently, the petitioner has filed another petition to relax the modified condition in Crl.M.P.No.753 of 2021 and the said petition was dismissed. Challenging the same, the present petition is filed.

Considering the facts and circumstances elaborately, this Court is of the view that in the present case on hand, the condition imposed by the Trial Court, is just and reasonable and hence, no modification is required. Therefore, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent Police on 1st working day of every month, at 10.00 a.m. till the investigation is completed and charge sheet is filed and thereafter, shall appear before the concerned trial Court on each and every date of hearing.
4. This Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with the above observation.
