ORDER
The petitioner has sought for a mandamus, directing the first respondent to immediately complete the enquiry and pass orders on the petitioner's complaint dated 11.08.2020 in complaint No.2587 of 2020.

The case of the petitioner is that she is a senior citizen and she has filed a complaint under provisions of the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, on 11.08.2020 before the first respondent against the respondents 5 and 6, who are younger daughter, son-in-law of the petitioner and the seventh respondent is the father-in-law of the fifth respondent, alleging that they are trying to forcibly take away the properties belonging to her. The said complaint was taken on file as Complaint No.2587 of 2020. However, the first respondent has not conducted any enquiry on the said complaint so far. Now, the petitioner is under the care of the fourth respondent, who is the elder daughter of the petitioner. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court. 3.
As per the direction issued by this Court on 05.10.2020, the first respondent has enquired the petitioner's complaint in Complaint No.2587 of 2020 dated 11.08.2020, after giving an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner and also filed a report dated 14.10.2020 before this Court. 4.
The learned counsel for the petitioner also states that the petitioner is satisfied with the report, as all the aspects have been gone into by the first respondent. 5.
Recording the said report, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Connected MP is closed.
