ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to transfer the patta in favour of the petitioners for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition based on the petitioners' representation dated 21.02.2026 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. The petitioners have filed supporting documents along with the representation dated 21.02.2026, seeking to transfer the patta in their name for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition. Since the said representation has not been considered till date, this writ petition has been filed.

3. Mr. D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

4. No prejudice would be caused to the third respondent if the petitioners' representation, seeking to transfer the patta for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, is considered on merits and in accordance with law after giving due consideration to the documents filed by the petitioners within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

5. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioners' representation dated 21.02.2026.

6. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the third respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioners' representation dated 21.02.2026, seeking to transfer the patta in their name for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after hearing all the necessary parties whom the third respondent deems it fit to enquire.

7. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is ordered subject to payment of separate Court fee.
