ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking exemption for the petitioner from surrendering before the trial Court, on the ground that he is employed as a driver and apprehends that he may lose his job in the event of his arrest or remand.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for respondent and also perused the materials available on record.

3. Since the petition viz., Crl.M.P.No.7899 of 2026 filed seeking suspension of sentence, has been adjourned to 04.06.2026, the present petition seeking exemption from surrendering before the Court concerned is dismissed. The petitioner shall surrender before the trial Court and report compliance before this Court.
