This revision seeks a direction to learned III Assistant City Civil Judge, Chennai, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.1263 of 2014 within a stipulated time.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner.

3. A perusal of the adjudication proceedings informs that much delay has been occasioned by respondent/defendant in the conduct of proceedings before the Court below. In the circumstances, this Court directs the learned III Assistant City Civil Judge, Chennai, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.1263 of 2014 as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of this order.

The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
