ORDER

(1)This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of mandamus, directing the respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 21.01.2020 wherein the petitioner has requested to include his name in the computer patta.

(2)Mr.S.N.Parthasarathi, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent, based on the written instructions, submitted that the representation made by the petitioner has already been taken on file by the respondent and has fixed the date of enquiry on 09.10.2020 at 11.00 a.m. Learned counsel submitted that the petitioner can be present along with all the relevant documents.

(3)Taking into consideration, the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the respondent has already taken the representation made by the petitioner on file and fixed the date of enquiry, there shall be a direction to the respondent to complete the enquiry and pass final orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
