Common Prayer:Writ petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the respondent herein to dispose of the petitioner's second appeals which is filed on 24.07.2017 under the RTI Act within a time frame fixed by this Court.

consider and decide. However, it is stated that the said appeals are pending from the month of July 2017 onwards, these writ petitions are disposed of, by directing the respondent to pass orders on the second appeals filed by the petitioner as expeditiously as possible, in any event within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
