Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus directing the respondents call for records connected with the proceedings issued in ROC.No.6950/2020/F3 dated 04.09.2020 passed by the Respondent herein and quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to reinstate the petitioner into service.
