O R D E R This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking direction to the Wakf Tribunal to dispose the Original Application in O.A.No.38 of 2021 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that O.A.No.38 of 2021 was filed challenging the appointment of respondents 3 to 5, who are the Members of Board of Trustees. The tenure of the Board of Trustees is only for three years and six months. Unless this matter is disposed of early, the tenure would be over and O.A. will become infructuous. Therefore, he seeks for the early disposal of O.A.No.38 of 2021.

3. This Court is not made aware of the pendency status of the cases in Wakf Tribunal, Chennai, especially the year from which the cases are pending. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to fix any time frame to dispose of O.A.No.38 of 2021. However, considering the prayer and also the request that if the matter is not disposed, the tenure of the respondents 3 to 5, who are the Members of Board of Trustees would be over, this Court directs the Wakf Tribunal, Chennai to dispose of the O.A.No.38 of 2021 as expeditiously as possible.

4. With these directions, this Civil Revision Petition is Disposed of. No costs.
