This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the First Information Report in Crime No.0245 of 2024 on the file of the Dhanvantri Nagar Police Station, Puducherry and quash the same as against the petitioners.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Public Prosecutor, Puducherry, appearing for the first respondentPolice and perused the materials available on record.

3. Since no adverse order is being passed against the second respondent, notice to the second respondent is dispensed with.

4. learned Public Prosecutor, Puducherry appearing for the respondent-Police on instructions submitted that after completion of investigation in Crime No.0245 of 2024, charge sheet has been filed and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.129 of 2025 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Puducherry.

5. In view of the above, the relief sought for by the petitioner in

this petition has become infructuous. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioners are at liberty to work out his remedy before the trial Court in pending C.C.No.129 of 2025.
