COMMON ORDER These Writ Petitions have been filed for a direction to the respondents to refund the sum of Rs.30,00,000/- and Rs.16,00,000/-, respectively, payable to the petitioner towards refund of the security deposit to the account of the petitioner's Solar Power Plant HTSC.Nos.059514500112 & 059514500151, respectively.

2. When the matter came up for admission, the learned counsel for both side submitted that the security deposit is to be refunded.

3. In view thereof, the respondents shall refund the sum of Rs.30,00,000/- and Rs.16,00,000/-, respectively, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the web copy of the order without waiting for the certified copy of the order. No costs. 22.04.2025 dna 3/5
