O R D E R

The petitioner herein who is accused in Crime No.1 of 2016 has filed this quash petition.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in this case investigation has been completed and charge sheet has been filed on 25.09.2020 before the learned Sub-Court, Thiruvannamalai in C.N.R.NO.TNTMOC2001024/2020. In view of the same, the petition filed by the petitioner has become infructuous.

3. At this stage, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to challenge the charge sheet.

4. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the charge sheet, if he so desires.
