This revision seeks a direction to learned Judge, Family Court, Erode, to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.103 of 2014 within a stipulated period.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner.

3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner/husband has been examined and the matter unduly is being delayed owing to dilatory tactics adopted by respondent/wife.

4. Considering the submissions made, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the learned Judge, Family Court, Erode, to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.103 of 2014 as expeditiously as possible. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
