This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.10417 of 2023 dated 05.05.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Court, while granting bail to the petitioner had directed the petitioner to deposit an amount of Rs.20,000/- to the credit of "LOVERS OF TRUTH, UNITY & SERVICE". He would further submit that since the petitioner was not able to raise the amount, despite the bail being granted on 05.05.2023, the petitioner is unable to come out on bail. Thereby, he seeks for modification of the said condition.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court finds that the petitioner was granted bail by this Court, very recently on 05.05.2023, thereby, this Court is not inclined to modify the said condition.

4. Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is dismissed. 11.05.2023 jas/arb
