When the matter was taken up for hearing on 20.9.2012, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the accused is no more and he sought time to produce the death certificate. Though many opportunities were given to the learned counsel, he has not shown proof to that effect. Therefore, the learned Public Prosecutor was directed to verify the said fact through police. even the police are not able to verify the same. This Court records the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is no more. This revision petition is closed.
