This petition has been filed seeking condonation of delay of 168 days in filing the revision.

Mr.K.Srinivasan, learned Special Public Prosecutor (CBI), entered appearance for the respondent and expressed his objection for condoning the delay.

However, the reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and consequently, the delay of 168 days in filing the revision case is condoned.
