The petitioner has sought for a patta by way of a representation dated 10.08.2015 based upon the Sale Deed said to have been executed in favour of her deceased husband on 22.01.1990, followed by the Death Certificate and Legal Heir Certificate. On its non consideration, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2. Taking into consideration the pendency of the representation, a direction is issued to the respondents to consider and pass appropriate orders on the same within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
