This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed as that the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his donation of Rs.15,000/- to the credit of Lovers of Truth, Unity & Service, A/c. No.611901075128, IFS Code: ICIC0006119, Cell No.9600416555, by producing his Aadhar number, PAN number and address in the order dated 05.05.2023 made in Crl.OP.No.10415 of 2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition to donate a sum of Rs.15,000/- to the credit of Lovers of Truth, Unity & Service as imposed by this Court on 05.05.2023 is hereby deleted. Registry is directed to carry out necessary corrections in the order dated 05.05.2023 and issue fresh order copy.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
