This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent Police not to harass the petitioner in the guise of registering false 1/4

case under the Provisions of the I.P.C. offences. 2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that First Information Report in Cr.No.340 of 2023 dated 05.05.2023 is registered against the petitioner for the offences under Sections 419, 464, 467, 468, 470 and 109 I.P.C.
