Criminal Original petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.PC to modify the condition imposed in order dated 26.04.2023 passed in Crl.MP.No.1134 of 2023 on the petitioner to report and sign before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Salem, daily at 10.30 a.m. except holidays until further orders (for a minimum period of 30 days).

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for modification of the condition imposed by the Court below while granting bail to the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is aggrieved by the condition imposed by the Court below, wherein, the Court below has directed the petitioner to report and sign before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Salem, daily at 10.30 a.m. except holidays until further orders (for a minimum period of 30 days) and prays for modification of the same.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

4. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.MP.No.1134 of 2023 dated 26.04.2023. The petitioner is directed

to appear before the respondent police once in a month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. The other conditions imposed by the Court shall remain intact.
