ORDER

The present criminal original petition has been filed to call for the FIR in Crime No.803 of 2015 dated 29.07.2015 on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same.

2. The petitioner is the accused in Crime No.803 of 2015 registered for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 15

(2) and 15(2)(b) and 15(3) of Indian Medical Council Act and under Section 420 of IPC. To quash the same, the present criminal original petition has been filed.

3. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

completion of the investigation, charge sheet has already been filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Salem and the same is yet to be taken on file.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the charge sheet has already been filed, the prayer in the petition has become infructuous and the petition is dismissed. The learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Salem is directed to take the charge sheet on file as early as possible. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
