Contempt Petition is filed under Sec.11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, praying to punish the respondent for willful disobedience and flouted the orders of this Hon'ble Court dated 24.10.2018 made in W.P.No.37664 of 2015.

O R D E R
This Contempt Petition has been filed alleging that the order passed by this Court dated 24.10.2018 has not been complied with by the respondent.
2. The Writ Petition has been filed by the respondent against the order passed by the Information Commission imposing penalty of Rs.25,000/- for furnishing the 1/3
information belatedly, and this Court has dismissed the Writ Petition.
3. Now, this contempt petition has been filed alleging that, the prayer sought by the petitioner in the Writ Petition was not granted. On perusal of the order passed by this Court, it could be seen that, a penalty has been imposed by the Information Commission against the respondent for the delay in furnishing information to the contempt petitioner, that order was challenged by the respondent and the Writ Petition was dismissed. It is also stated that, now the penalty amount has also paid to the petitioner. In the said circumstances, the petitioner being a respondent cannot maintain this Contempt Petition. Accordingly, the present Contempt Petition stands dismissed.
