C.M.P.Nos.11803, 11799 and 11796 of 2021 in C.R.P. (NPD) No.2796 of 2019 J.NISHA BANU, J.

These petitions are filed, to condone the delay of 2004 days in filing an application to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of 1st respondent, to set aside the abatement and to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased 1st respondent.

2.Since the learned counsel for the petitioners has explained the reasons to the satisfaction of this Court, this Court is inclined to allow these petitions. Accordingly, these petitions are ordered.
