ORDER

This petition has been filed challenging the order dated 18.01.2023, passed by the first respondent, thereby recovered the vehicle viz., Ashok Layand Bada Dost, bearing registration No.TN91L2893, owned by the petitioner, in connection with the FIR in Crime No.12 of 2023 registered for the offences under Sections 4(1)(aaa) r/w 4(1-A) of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act.

On instruction, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents police submitted that the vehicle has already been handed over to the petitioner.

Recording the above submission, the Writ Petition stands closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
