Learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that in furtherance to the order dated 25.11.2019 passed by this Court, the land of the Petitioner has been surveyed by the Respondents and the relief sought in the Writ Petition has become infructuous. He has also made an endorsement to that effect, which is recorded.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
